Competition Updates

The following updates are for the Oklahoma State Leadership Conference only. 
Middle School
 
CAD Foundations - Each contestant must bring a computer and hotspot (if needed for web-based software). Students will upload their finished solution as a PDF to the JudgePro site. (NO USB flash drive will be used)

Mechanical Engineering - Mousetrap cars will be run on a low-pile carpeted surface
​
Structural Engineering - No Semifinalist on-site structure construction.
2024-2025 Design Brief - The two column towers will be placed on the bases 8" apart instead of 6" apart to accomodate the center plate on testers. The test block can be a minimum of 12" instead of 10".

High School

CAD Engineering - Each contestant must bring a computer and hotspot (if needed for web-based software). Students will upload their finished solution as a PDF to the JudgePro site. (NO USB flash drive will be used)

​Photographic Technology- Participants will upload their semi-final portfolio as a PDF to JudgePro (NO USB will be needed)
​
Promotional Design- Participants will upload their semi-final portfolio as a PDF to JudgePro (NO USB will be needed)

Virtual Reality Simulation - Components of this event will be pre-submitted to Judge Pro.  The Go/No Go specifications require a flash drive. For the Oklahoma State Conference only, a flash drive will not be required. Students will not be disqualified for not turning in a flash drive. (NO USB will be needed)
